Dismisses Saraki’s Appeal, Says CCT Has Power
To Try Him
The Court of Appeal in Abuja today dismissed
Senate President Bukola Saraki’s appeal to get
CCT off his case.
The Justice panel led by Abdul Aboki affirmed this
morning that the Code of Conduct Bureau has
power to try Saraki.
The Court of Appeal had last year ruled against
Saraki on the jurisdiction of the CCT and asked
him to proceed to face the 16 counts preferred
against him.
