The remains of APC chieftain who was killed by
assassins in Rivers state have been laid to rest
along with his wife and son.
Late Comr Franklin Obi, was the Ward 4
chairman in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA of
Rivers State, was brutally killed alongside his
wife Iheoma Obi and their 18-year-old son,
Bestman Obi, in March 2016.
The late Chieftain’s residence was stormed
around 9pm by the gunmen before he was
beheaded after which they killed his family
members.
